Request for Evidence (RFE) from Nationa Visa Center (NVC):

We did an inquiry to USCIS and they sent us an email about our case which was on RFE. The actual date they said they sent a notice to our lawyer was February 23, 2005. It was a devastating news with all the long waits only to hear that a single document was missing and we need to resubmit that missing document again. The missing document was Ging's birth certificate. It was another 4 long months of wait before the petition got approved on June 15, 2005!

We got another RFE from NVC!!! These 4-pages letter is a list of needed documents that were missing. This time, the document needed was Craig's 2003 tax returns, which we believe, we submitted it, together with his taxes 2002 & 2004....lost again???? This made Craig upset, and the reason why he started writing letters and help from his senators including President Bush.
