We should be downloading our actual G-325 forms here that we actually used  but we found out that we were not able to make copies of our own :(. It seems Craig got an "allergic reaction" with these forms as we always seem to be filling them up for both petitions and so, Craig dispatched them ALL for submission, without leaving any trace, LOL!

You can download the form HERE, and also a fillable form. So, when you want to be clean and neat, or don't want  them to be handwritten, you can fill them directly online and print them thereafter.
