Craig and Ging Online

Craig:

As early as he began his career in 1974 as a stay-in schooler, he earned a good reputation out of hard work and impressive performance in his own profession. (He graduated magna cum laude in Bachelor of Science in Psychology.)

Being a trainer and a facilitator for more than 30 years in the US government, this job may not be easy for many. But being as such, Craig reflects his inner character and personality of being with his job the reason why he enjoys doing it.

He spends vast majority of this career in training and facilitating sessions for managers, executives and employees in virtually every part of the government's agency. Many of his colleagues consider him as a highly sought after trainer and facilitator when it comes to resolving conflicts, improving team work and increasing productivity.

In addition to, he has worked in the White House for a year and a half on the Vice President's initiative on Reinventing Government.

Thank God, he's so much blessed with knowledge. There are so many things to be shared when it comes to his accomplishments. But for others who may want to meet and work with him, it's up to you to discover more of those :).

Ging:

A degree holder of Bachelor of Science in Nursing, her nursing career was not much of an achievement and things went out of the way as planned after graduating in 1990. Being fond of paper works led her much further away from her nursing profession and thus it was fallen out of place :). She later found fulfillment in office and computer related works that led her to land a job in an Electronics Data Processing department for 6 years. Surprisingly, her accomplishments have been constantly praised and so her passion to work in such, grew and developed, leading her to discover that her fulfillment is in there.

After 6 long years of working, she thought of taking a break from exhaustion...yes, the job became tough and she realized she had more than enough of it. But on the other hand, the job was much of an experience as well :).

Until after she got married, she finally joined her husband Craig in the US in 2006, and from there, she continued to become more interested working online. Having a passion for writing finally led her to keep and manage blogs.

Currently, she is still much presently on the go being a paid blogger. There are ups and downs of it, but that's the normal side of job experience, she says..

Having several blogs (she has 5) to maintain, plus some websites is much tougher to handle, but fulfillment is there. She found a job where she can earn and control her time at the same time...which means no boss, and no pressures!

That's the key when you enjoy what you're doing. Persistence and hard work prevails ;).
